The Block House MUD serves  2,188 properties and contracts with local and county governments as well as private companies to provides services to residents. 

Water Service
Crossroads Utility Services provides water infrastructure operations and maintenance services for water purchased from the City of Cedar Park.

Wastewater Service
The District's has a Wholesale Wastewater Service Agreement with the City of Cedar Park for collection and disposal of the MUDs.

Parks and Recreational Facilities
The District has numerous trails and greenbelts. The District also owns and operates two swimming pools.

Safety
BHMUD contracts with the City of Cedar for fire protection services and the Williamson County Sheriff's Office provides law enforcement services.

Roads
Road maintenance for the District is the responsibility of Williamson County.

Owners Association
In Block House Creek, 1,228 of the homes are in the BHC Owners Association, which has authority for enforcement of its own set of deed restrictions and architectural control standards. They also provide a number of community events and services.
