Reserve the Pool for a Party

Any resident holding a current Recreational ID may make reservations to use the pool for a private party for a maximum of 50 guests at times the pool is not open for regular recreational use, subject to the availability of lifeguards through the District's pool management contractor (the "Pool Contractor").

A pool reservation request form should be completed and submitted to the Distrist's pool managment company. Private parties may be scheduled between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. and all participants must depart the facility by 10 p.m.. Any guests that do not have a current Recreational ID must execute a Release of Liability Form. If a guest is under the age of 18, the Release of Liability must be signed by their parent or legal guardian.

The host of any private party must contract with and pay the applicable fees to the Pool Contractor. Reservations must be coordinated with the Pool Contractor at least 14 days in advance, and will be subject to availability of lifeguards and other scheduled events. A $100 facilities and clean-up deposit is required. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Alcoholic beverages or controlled substances are not permitted at any time. A violation of this policy during a private party may result in permanent suspension of pool privileges. The District's rules will be enforced during all private parties, and violation of the rules may result in immediate cancellation of the party and closing of the pool, without refund of any fees paid.
