Board of Director elections are held on the uniform election date in November of every even-numbered year.

Requirements for Filing for Candidacy

To be eligible to serve as a Director, an individual must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of Texas and either a qualified voter within the District or landowner in the District. Certain individuals-- including relatives, employees and consultants of developers and other board members--are disqualified from serving on the Board of Directors.
